Brawl Role-playing

I want to host the brawl Rp, I will come up with a story put a list of Characters. If you get in a battle you trade friend-codes and fight in the game. Who ever wins or loses reflects the story, rules will change pends on background.

Well, in most rp's that I played I have never thought of a format. please give me a example.

Smash Bros Police:

Leader: Fox
Officers: Falco, Pikachu, Meta-knight, Samus or Zero-suit Samus.
Agents: Peach, Snake

Anti-bros:
Leader: Wolf
Solders: Capt Falcon, Marth, Bowser, King DeDeDe.
Spys: Lucario, Zelda or Sheik

You choose one off these Characters. The Leader is the Commander and Officers and Solders must listen if you get no command you can do your own thing. Characters that are not being play and get in a battle the leader or the unit may play as them. When you get in a battle you trade friend codes and play on brawl and who ever wins reflects the story, rules depend on the whats going on like defeat him in a certain time limit, Levels go where ever you are background are only in brawl and melee levels. Smash bros police base is on Snakes level, Anti-bros level is on Zelda Melee Level, they might be tag teams too, including 2on2, 1on2, 1on3.
It will not start intill we got both leaders and 1 person on each unit.
